Lisa Myers is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and yoga teacher who came to Ayurveda after years of trying conventional approaches-elimination diets, fitness programs, supplements, retreats—and finding that none lasted because none were built for her specifically. Studying Ayurveda gave her a different framework: working with her individual constitution rather than against it, which she credits with restoring her energy, digestion, and sense of ease in her own body. She earned her certification through the Joyful Belly College of Ayurveda, a program licensed by the state of North Carolina to teach Ayurveda, and continues her study in seasonal living, digestive health, and the intersection of Ayurveda and modern longevity science. Believing the body is an intelligent collaborator rather than an enemy to be managed, Lisa offers free mini Ayurveda consultations at Herbal Solutions and welcomes anyone curious to stop by, ask questions, and explore whether this approach might be a good fit.
